The Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role in the successful implementation of AngelStreet programs. This position leads the development and facilitation of FLOCK (elementary, middle and high school programming), provides direct support to the Music Team and Creative Hub Manager, and contributes to the broader planning, administration, and delivery of youth programming. The Program Coordinator ensures that AngelStreet programming is engaging, mission-centered, and operationally strong while fostering meaningful relationships with students, families, and community partners. Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Coordination Lead the planning, design, and facilitation of FLOCK programming, ensuring excellence in mentoring, education, and creative activities. Support the Music Team with recruitment, rehearsal support, event preparation, and student engagement. Assist the Creative Hub Manager with scheduling, coordination of workshops (music production, graphic design, piano, dance, etc.), and resource management. Ensure daily programs are well-prepared, safe, welcoming, and mission-centered. Introduce innovative enrichment opportunities such as guest workshops, field trips, or leadership activities. Youth & Family Engagement Build strong mentoring relationships with students, encouraging creative growth, leadership development, and spiritual formation. Partner with families to support student success, communicate expectations, and strengthen community trust. Serve as a consistent presence at rehearsals, performances, mentoring days, and special events. Community Partnerships & Outreach Cultivate partnerships with schools, churches, and community organizations to expand AngelStreets reach. Represent AngelStreet at community events, recruitment opportunities, and partner activities. Collaborate with staff to recruit volunteers, mentors, and guest instructors. Administration & Evaluation Track enrollment, attendance, and student outcomes; maintain accurate and timely records. Prepare reports for grants, organizational evaluation, and leadership review. Steward resources by monitoring program supplies, equipment, and budget needs. Assist in grant reporting and data collection to support fundraising efforts. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Executive Director, Operations Director, and program staff to ensure excellence and consistency across programs. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. Support cross-departmental initiatives, organizational events, showcases, and performances. Act as a thought partner in program strategy, evaluation, and growth. Qualifications
High School Diploma At least 1 year of experience in youth programming Committed to the mission of serving girls in communities with limited access to resources Ability to connect with others and forge strong relationships Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Must have written and verbal communication skills, conflict management skills, and computer skills Ability to perform several tasks concurrently Must have time management and organizational skills Must possess interpersonal skills with a diverse range of socioeconomic backgrounds, including but not limited to youth, parents, and key stakeholders Ability to organize and maintain detailed records; complete necessary paperwork and meet deadlines Other
