Managers provide leadership and motivation to ensure that all team members are guest-focused and team-focused. Managers set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere for their team to create successful day-to-day operations. What Youll Bring to the Table: Develop yourself and others focus on self-improvement while supporting the success of others Lead your four-wall operation like you own it from people development, to inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability Put the customer first including your internal customers, your team. You will be responsible for regular people planning, coaching, training, accountability Consistently create CAVA fanatics find ways to say yes to every guest, inspiring your teams to do the same Achieve results take ownership of every shift and take pride in your job Foster collaboration work with others to find success as a group Adapt to change solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach Assist with any additional duties assigned What We Bring to the Table (Benefits): Weve got you covered.
