Become a vital part of our mission-critical operations as a Middleware Admin within the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC). In this role, you will oversee and maintain enterprise middleware platforms to ensure seamless, secure, and reliable communications across our systems. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Clearance
Active Secret Clearance is required U.S. Citizenship (without dual citizenship) is mandatory due to contract parameters and clearance requirements Onsite Requirements
Support requires 24x7x365 availability, including rotational on-call duties Ability to support mission systems in a dynamic, operational environment Responsibilities
Monitor MQ systems to ensure uptime, performance, and issue resolution Manage access controls, implement security protocols, and maintain compliance standards Troubleshoot MQ-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for prompt resolution Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to sustain system stability and security Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures, ensuring documentation accuracy Maintain detailed records of configurations, permissions, and troubleshooting activities Track system capacity and usage, recommending adjustments to meet operational demands Partner with development, system administration, and security teams to optimize middleware performance and security Required Skills
Active Secret Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required 7+ years of experience as an MQ Administrator or in middleware administration Knowledge of WebSphere, WebLogic, Kafka, RabbitMQ, TIBCO, or similar platforms Proven experience managing enterprise middleware platforms, especially IBM MQ Experience with WebSphere Application Server or equivalent enterprise integration tools Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Ability to support 24/7 operational environments and adapt to evolving requirements Nice to Have
Experience with additional middleware or enterprise integration platforms Certifications related to middleware administration or cybersecurity Experience with security protocols, network management, or federal compliance standards Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and execution
