Manufacturing Engineering Capability Developer
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Capability Developer to join our Production Engineering (PE) Central Services team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and deploying capabilities within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, with a focus on PE responsibilities. This role is essential to supporting the company's Digital Transformation and 1LMX initiative, and will ensure that our PLM systems align with current and future program needs. Key responsibilities include: Develop PE capabilities in the 3DX and Teamcenter PLM systems, aligning software functionality with current and future program needs. Create job guides, training materials, and document processes specific to PE within the 3DX and Teamcenter ecosystem. Test developed capabilities in the PLMS and across the Integrated Operational Framework (IOF) into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM capabilities with other business systems. Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance per business requirements. Interim clearance required to start. Desired Skills: Experience in Production Engineering environment Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience with Digital Transformation and 1LMX initiatives. Knowledge of MES and ERP systems and their integration with PLM systems. Experience working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Secret Clearance.
