Lead and supervise field crews and subcontractors across multiple states. Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards. Maintain strict safety compliance and promote a culture of zero incidents. Oversee daily reporting, scheduling, and coordination with project managers. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and inspectors on-site. Troubleshoot challenges proactively to keep projects moving efficiently. Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (ground-up preferred). Proven track record managing projects $10M+. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to travel full-time for extended project durations. Proficient in project scheduling, safety management, and reporting tools. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training strongly preferred. Employment details
