The Role: Responsible for the successful operation of the shift and assuring that guest has a favorable gaming experience. Ensures slot attendants and other assigned personnel are meeting the needs of guests while following policy, procedures and regulations. Responsibilities: Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests. Responsible for ensuring all slot machines are clean, and in operating condition, specifically bill acceptors, ticket printers and progressive meters. Any irregularities will be reported to the Slot Technical Manager Maintaining constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and informs guests. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two (2) to five (5) years experience within the slot department or gaming areas of a casino; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
