We are seeking driven and talented recent graduates to join our Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12-month program provides hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of Cemex operations. As a Talent Development Professional (TDP), youll rotate through various roles within our Ready-Mix division, gaining valuable insights and developing the skills to thrive at Cemex USA. Job Responsibilities

During the Talent Development Program, youll be immersed in key areas of our business, with project-based learning to collaborate and network across Cemexs business lines, including Aggregates, Cement, Ready-Mix/Concrete, and Supply Chain. Your responsibilities will include: Safety Excellence: Youll be trained in safety protocols and play an active role in ensuring safety standards across all operations. Rotational Learning: Participate in a structured rotational program covering Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control & Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, and Human Resources. Each rotation provides a well-rounded experience with real projects. Skill Development: Develop technical and transferable soft skills through hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship. Youll enhance leadership abilities as you take on increasing responsibilities. Networking: Build a network across the company with peers, mentors, and leaders. Innovation and Improvement: Bring innovative ideas to contribute to the ongoing success of Ready-Mix operations.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for We seek motivated graduates eager to embrace new challenges and grow with Cemex. Ideal candidates will have: Educational Foundation: A recent bachelors degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Administration/Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (open to additional degrees). Academic Performance: GPA 2.5 or above; preference for 3.0+. Leadership Potential: Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Communication Skills: Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills. Technical Proficiency: Prior internship, co-op, or university project experience in related areas. Flexibility: Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.
