Overview What is the opportunity?

As the Senior Manager, AI Planning & Advanced Data Analytics/Initiatives, you will manage the availability and assignment of required Strategy, Products and Digital Investing (SP&DI) resources to engagements and client relationships to ensure that SP&DI service expectations are managed and met. This role will conduct client review meetings and solicit client feedback to provide recommendations on new / enhanced SP&DI services. You will assure competence and availability of consulting resources to support SP&DI services and capabilities and oversee your team's performance.

What will you do?

Design the architecture for best-in-class Data & AI/ML financial analytics products, providing a single source for firmwide Data & AI/ML expense (e.g. direct labor, infrastructure, external contracts, allocations in) and benefits.

Develop innovative solutions to support the transformation of the organization into an AI and data driven culture while also informing the firmwide Data & AI/ML strategy.

Provide oversight on the firmwide AI/ML use case inventory, including management of on-going development in reporting capabilities and implementation of the AI/ML Business Inventory Standard

Build a bridge to technology, as well as represent the Business to ensure the maintenance and delivery of firmwide goals through the implementation of technically aided analytic business solutions.

Fit-for-purpose data availability to provide the right analytical/reporting data to the business based on the specific common ongoing questions being asked. Access, definitions, structure, and tools. In addition, provide analytics and reports to all areas of the Firm to monitor business KPIs, goals, and product origination performance, while uncovering business opportunities to increase share-of-wallet and bottom-line revenue

Coordinate with other areas of the Firm and external partners for data access, effectiveness, and reliability

Work with vendors in implementation of solutions and procure best-in-class 3rd party enrichment data

Build world class analytics organization leveraging existing Firm resources, candidates within the home office geography, as well as other cities / countries with strong business acumen in this field

Lead working groups, problem solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making

Coach, train and mentor other employees in the field of Data and Analytics, as well as help them achieve their career goals

Establish strong relationships with key Data & AI/ML related functions firmwide, establishing a deep network and understanding of the firmwide Data & AI/ML landscape

What do you need to succeed? Must-have

5+ years of experience in business management, product management, consulting, analytics, or a related field

Able to develop, implement and manage the organization to a specific vision that delivers on the Firm's goals through the lens of Analytics and Data

5+ years in leading teams across various skillsets and geographies

Strategic mindset with deep intellectual curiosity and self-starter mindset

Exceptionally strong client management and executive-level communication skills

Ability to anticipate and resolve issues with a sense of urgency and adapts to a rapidly changing business and technical environment

Nice-to-have

Prior financial services industry experience

Strong demonstration of leadership, mentorship, and managerial oversight

Successfully led 2 - 4 large scale firmwide initiatives requiring oversight and strategic direction of cross-functional teams

Designed, built, and implemented Data and Analytics at other Firms

An interest in Data, AI and Machine Learning; familiarity with AI/ML concepts beneficial

The expected salary range for this particular position is $85,000-$150,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
