Description
BMA is seeking a Department of Distance Education (DDE) Training Developer
to join our team at
Fort Leavenworth, KS .
Job Summary Identify and coordinate curriculum updates for the Department of Distance Education (DDE). Coordinate with lesson and theme/block authors and provide support to DDE leadership. Perform curriculum analysis to support DDE decision-making. Use current CGSC-approved ILE-CC and AOC courseware, TLOs, and ELOs to recommend modifications to distributed learning (DL) and TASS courseware as resident courses are updated. Base change recommendations on CGSC and CGSS guidance from the Accountable Instructional System (AIS) course revision process. Analyze and assess each lesson, recommending appropriate learning activities and assessments to achieve the learning objectives and desired outcomes. Present recommendations to CGSS through a storyboard and/or modified lesson plan. Analyze the upcoming AY (academic year) resident course for change. Download and inventory resident course block. Tailor assigned blocks to ensure compatibility and functionality in the transition from resident modality to the DL (distant learning) modality. Tailor Lesson Plans. Modify curriculum, videos, and readings to facilitate access IAW DDE and CGSS SOPs. Conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Clearance Requirements
