Red Bank, NJ (3d at the office in NJ, or a WeWork in NYC.) Compensation:
$55K$65K base + tiered commission About the Client: This is a boutique recruitment firm that was launched in 2019 with the vision of blending the resources of a larger search firm with the personal touch of a specialist agency. Since then, theyve built a successful team of recruiters across the U.S., giving them strong national coverage while keeping a close, collaborative culture. They focus on high-growth sectors such as eCommerce, Marketing, Creative, Advertising and Consumer Brands. What Theyre Looking For: 23 years of delivery recruiting experience (Agency Environment) Ability to manage existing candidate pipelines and support senior recruiters in closing roles.
