About the Role
Our reputable client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support 3rd shift operations. This position is responsible for equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and safe production.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs
Conduct preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment
Minimize downtime by quickly diagnosing and resolving issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Qualifications
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing (food industry )
Technical degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
Knowledge of PLCs, motors, pumps, conveyors, and production equipment
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Availability to work 3rd shift with flexibility for overtime/weekends
