Overview We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities

Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market

Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close

Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home

Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget

Meet with ready-to-act buyers to understand their goals, budget, and must-haves

Show homes and guide clients through every step of the home-buying process

Write, negotiate, and manage purchase agreements with confidence

Provide trusted advice on financing, budgeting, and property options

Communicate consistently to ensure clients feel informed and cared for throughout

Maintain organized records and follow-up in our CRM (Sierra Interactive)

Qualifications

Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry

An established track record of successful real estate sales

High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

What We’re Looking For

Active Florida Real Estate License

(or in progress)

1+ year of experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Driven, organized, and committed to top-tier service

Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license

Compensation $75,000+ per year — Commission + Bonuses
