Requirements: You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity.
