Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist)

Are you a Pediatric therapist with a passion for leadership and a dream of owning your own clinic? Ivy Rehab for Kids is offering a unique opportunity to launch and lead your own start-up peds clinic as a
Clinic Director / Equity Partner . With Ivy’s full support, you’ll have the resources, mentorship, and autonomy to build something amazing for the families in your community.
What You’ll Do
Launch and grow your own pediatric therapy clinic Lead a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP as needed) Provide hands-on, compassionate pediatric care Collaborate on local marketing and outreach Earn equity and share in your clinic’s success

Requirements
