Krayden Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support the Senior Vice President responsible for supplier relations, acquisition assessment, and the globalization of our sales footprint. This role will play a critical part in driving data-informed decisions, optimizing supplier performance, and expanding our global reach. This role directly influences supplier strategy, global expansion, and acquisition decisions, making it a key contributor to Kraydens long-term growth. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Denver Headquarters' Annual salary plus a
10% annual performance bonus , based on achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data across regions, product lines, and supplier segments to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop dashboards and reports to evaluate supplier performance, pricing strategies, and contribution to revenue growth. Provide market intelligence and data modeling to support international sales initiatives and new market entry strategies. Assist in evaluating potential acquisition targets by analyzing financials, sales synergies, and strategic fit. Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to develop accurate forecasts and support budgeting processes. Design and automate reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau Salesforce, or Excel to support supplier and sales leadership. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and supplier partners in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Work closely with Sales, Supplier Development, Finance, and Operations teams to align data insights with strategic goals. Monitor Supplier Initiative pipeline movement and health across key service lines, markets, regions, and customer segmentation. Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, or risks in achieving quarterly/annual revenue targets. Track and analyze win/loss data to uncover patterns and key performance drivers. Conduct competitive analysis where appropriate to contextualize results. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis Required Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas). Strong experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Required Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment Experience in supplier relations or industrial distribution is a plus. Preferred Attributes:
Strategic thinker with a global mindset. Comfortable presenting insights into senior leadership Proactive, self-starter with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
