Support full-cycle recruitment under the guidance of senior colleagues Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements Source candidates using LinkedIn Premium, Djinni, DOU, and other professional networks Conduct CV screening and initial interviews Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and help prepare recruitment reports Participate in employer branding activities and internal HR projects/initiatives Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process Qualifications
12 years of experience in IT recruitment Understanding of sourcing methods and the recruitment lifecycle High communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, initiative, and motivation to grow within the company At least Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
