Location : The Village of River Oaks, an Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community

Pay Rate : $75,000/year

Schedule : Monday - Friday

(Manager on Duty weekend rotation, must be available holidays and weekends)

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and direct the resident care team in assisted living and memory care.

Oversee resident health concerns including assessments, medication management, and activities of daily living.

Interview, train, and evaluate staff. Handle on-call duties for staffing and clinical needs.

Coordinate with the Director of Resident Care to ensure resident service plans are followed and updated.

Manage the health care of residents, perform assessments, and maintain contact with families and healthcare providers.

Ensure proper medication management, documentation, and communication with families and medical professionals.

Train and support memory care staff, ensuring a positive environment for residents and families.

Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.

Minimum Qualifications

1 year in senior care or related health programs required. Management experience in Assisted Living Memory Care preferred.

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

Current LPN license, CPR certification, and valid driver’s license.

Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
