Lead full-cycle hiring for Sales, Presales, Partner Ecosystem, and Customer Success roles. Partner with senior GTM leaders to define profiles and execute hiring plans. Build diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and close talent in competitive markets. Use data and insights to influence decisions and improve processes. Qualifications

A seasoned GTM recruiter with a consultative approach and strong business acumen. Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders. Comfortable navigating complex searches and competitive talent markets. What Youve Accomplished

5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales/GTM roles. Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates in SaaS/cloud markets. Expertise with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. A collaborative, inclusive, high-performing Talent Attraction team.
