* Serving residents in post-acute facilities as an LPN * Documenting residents' medical histories and any health concerns in a timely manner * Keeping track of residents' vital signs, mental health, and physical conditions * Monitoring the charts and medical records of residents * Helping with the dispensing and verification of medications, and monitoring their effects * Contributing to the maintenance of a comfortable and safe facility for residents * Providing assistance with IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures * Assisting with medical supply storage and maintaining proper inventories * Helping staff with the orientation and training of new hires * Being accountable to adhere to care plans for residents and to follow all applicable regulations and policies
Qualifications and Skills
* Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) * Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program * Completion of high school or GED/equivalent program * Minimum of 6 months experience as a LPN , or related role * Lifting requirement of at least 50 lbs
