an experienced Corporate EHS Manager
reporting into the
Corporate Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
This role will drive continuous improvement in environmental, health and safety performance across multiple facilities. The Corporate EHS Manager will be responsible for providing support to Arclins operating facilities specific to environmental, health, and safety, and protection of Arclins employees, community, and surroundings; while balancing business risks and requirements, as well as site and/or capital project support. The Corporate EHS Manager position has no direct reports and must lead through influencing others. Job Responsibilities
EHS Leadership & Strategy
Partner with site leaders to implement corporate EHS strategies, policies, and procedures; champion Arclins Journey to Zero Exposures. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT/FRA, and applicable state/provincial regulations in the US, Canada, and UK. Environmental Programs
Lead permitting and compliance activities for Title V, NPDES/stormwater, POTW, and waste management (RCRA, non-hazardous). Safety & IH Programs
Support lockout/tagout, confined space, line break, hot work, fall protection, and exposure monitoring. Auditing & Risk Management
Conduct EHS audits; recommend and track corrective actions; promote continuous improvement in risk reduction. Incident Investigation
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action development. Capital Projects & Engineering Support
Collaborate on equipment design/installation to mitigate EHS risks. Metrics & Reporting
Develop, monitor, and communicate leading/lagging EHS performance indicators. Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related STEM discipline (required). 510 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of environmental permitting (Title V, NPDES/stormwater, RCRA) and OSHA safety compliance. Professional certification (CSP, CIH, or PE) strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced skills required). Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Willingness to travel 4050% and respond to incidents as needed. Ability to safely perform physical tasks in a manufacturing environment (lifting, climbing, crouching, etc.).
