Job Description
Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Address and resolve any on-site issues to avoid delays or disruptions. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs. The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent - Municipal & K12 should have:
Proven experience in construction management within municipal or K12 sectors. Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders. What's on Offer
