Job Description

Oversee daily operations on healthcare construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain project timelines. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accuracy during execution. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and address any discrepancies promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to healthcare construction regulations and requirements. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients and project managers. Resolve on-site issues efficiently to minimize delays and disruptions. Maintain accurate records of project documentation and reporting. The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

A strong background in healthcare construction, with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Proven ability to manage teams and foster collaboration on construction sites. Experience in interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges.
