The RN Flow Coordinator / Expeditor plays a pivotal role to decrease barriers, improve patient access and enhance quality of care using clinical expertise, leadership, organizational awareness, and critical thinking skills. The Expeditor collaborates and provides support to other healthcare providers, patients, physicians, and care programs. Personal and professional development is an expectation of the role to ensure consistent application of procedures, patient flow processes, and optimal communication. Coordinate patient flow and expediting processes to reduce barriers to access and improve quality of care. Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, physicians, and care programs to ensure effective communication and care continuity. Apply clinical expertise, leadership, and organizational awareness to daily operations and patient journeys. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree - Nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. 5 years of clinical experience with 2 years of progressively responsible management or supervisory experience in an acute-care facility. Preferred Qualifications
