Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all mechanical equipment within the facility. You will work with rotating equipment, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, evaporators, mixers, tanks, and buckets, ensuring all production lines undergo preventative and general maintenance. Your role will involve daily use of various hand tools, power tools, and operation schematics for repairs. Occasionally, light cutting and welding of metal will be required. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment within the facility. Conduct preventative and general maintenance on production lines. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and operation schematics for repairs. Perform light cutting and welding of metal as needed. Work with equipment such as rotating machinery, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, evaporators, mixers, tanks, and buckets. Essential Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment. Experience with preventative maintenance and using schematics. Knowledge of welding techniques. Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Completion of a 2-year maintenance technician degree or 2 years of industrial maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
