Job Overview: The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the Global Recruiting Team with daily operations, providing high-level administrative support to ensure an efficient recruiting process.

Contract through end of 2025, potential extension or temp to hire.

100% Onsite Role

Pay: $26-$30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Support recruiters with creating, editing, and posting job requisitions, as well as organizing phone screens and in-person interviews.

Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews, including scheduling, preparing agendas, making travel arrangements, processing expense reimbursements, and distributing interview-related materials to candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.

Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to align schedules for interview coordination.

Track and follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of employment applications.

Oversee the completion of background checks for compliance, ensuring candidates provide all required documentation and approvals.

Create, maintain, and review recruiting metrics and reports.

Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials, including welcome packages for candidates.

Maintain accurate documentation of the recruitment process and assist in generating regular recruitment reports.

Respond to candidate inquiries through the recruiting hotline.

Manage and update the database for temporary employees and external staffing agencies.

Process Employee Referral bonuses through payroll and communicate updates to recipients.

Provide general administrative and coordination support to the recruiting team as needed.

Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in administrative, analytical, customer service, or similar roles.

Previous experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.

A proactive mindset and a strong sense of urgency.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a complex organizational structure.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of humor.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution .
