This position would be on the Business Side of Clinical Platform Solutions Team. The person would be responsible for supporting strategic direction set for the team and manage complex projects and/or programs on behalf of business stakeholders by acting as a liaison with Information Technology (IT) and Business Operations, seeing the strategy through to implementation. They would influence all stakeholders to support key projects/programs to ensure business requirements are translated into system capabilities for positive outcomes that deliver on results. They would manage and oversee all facets of projects including objective setting, planning, prioritization, consultation with business stakeholders, progress tracking, implementation, status updates, and communication, etc. They would collaborate with cross project teams, translate business requirements to technical teams and systems architects to meet the business objective(s). They would employ project management disciplines and methodologies to drive process improvement activities, negotiate resources/time to ensure end-state projects are delivered timely and apply critical thinking to identify, develop and vet win-win solutions in collaboration with business partners. They would exhibit flexibility to adjust to tight deadlines and changing project requirements. They would prepare documentation to support all phases of projects (planning, tracking, communications, etc.). They would work with internal and external constituents on the implementation of value-based delegation, plan sponsor carve outs and vendor arrangements as well as the ongoing system monitoring post implementation based on the agreed upon duration. Required Qualifications: 10 years' experience in Managed Healthcare/Insurance Industry related to Clinical Programs Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) Adept at understanding business process and pain points Mastery of business problem solving and decision-making skills Proven presentation and communication skills Ability to think "big picture" and understand the impacts of individual project work on other projects and business strategy Preferred Qualifications: Attention to detail Good written and verbal communication Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
