The Preschool Director oversees all aspects of the preschool program (2 year old through Pre-K), including curriculum development, staff supervision, parent engagement, and operational management. This role ensures the preschool reflects the church’s values and provides a safe, enriching environment for children to encounter Jesus.
Qualifications
Member of Faith Baptist Church or willing to become one
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (Early Childhood preferred) or Indiana Preschool-K Certification or equivalent
Experience working with preschool-aged children
Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
Pass background check
Passion for ministry and child development
