Responsibilities: Assist in fabricating and installing sheet metal ducts, fittings, and components Work with experienced installers on both commercial and residential HVAC projects Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Safely use hand tools and power tools under supervision Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Qualifications: No HVAC experience required Farm, construction, or mechanical background preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to job sites in Cache Valley Must pass a drug test and background check Mechanical aptitude and interest in long-term HVAC career development Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour Schedule: Day Shift | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Nexeo Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability.
