Talent Acquisition Specialist
Nexeo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Logan, UT. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and develop creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of talent. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective job descriptions Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling, interviewing, and extending job offers Maintain accurate candidate data and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process Collaborate with HR and management teams to improve recruitment strategies and processes Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience Familiarity with ATS software, recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment Proven success sourcing and attracting passive candidates Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 Per Year (Direct Hire) Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday - Friday Nexeo Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability Refer a Friend Bonus | Other Financial Incentives (Bonuses) Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit | Rapid Pay Card Hassle-Free Job Search: A Nexeo Recruiter is always available to assist you Nexeo provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or genetics.
