Responsibilities
Techno-functional resource with 3 to 4 years of experience working on OTM Cloud with knowledge of logistics business processes. Manage Order Management and Shipment Management workflows. Handle Finance Settlement including Invoice/Voucher generation. Configure and maintain Screen-sets, Roles/Menu, and Integrations with external systems and Out XML profiles. Demonstrate a basis understanding of middleware technologies and set up recurring processes. Write SQL queries (PL-SQL) and modify BI report query templates and formatting templates. Perform debugging to conduct root cause analysis (RCA). Show basis understanding of GTM module and EDI connectivity for carriers and various transmission messages. Qualifications
3 to 4 years of experience as a techno-functional professional with OTM Cloud. Experience with logistics processes, Order Management, and Shipment Management. Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and BI report templating. Strong debugging and RCA skills; good understanding of middleware concepts.
