We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Techno-Functional Consultant to join the ERP team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules and a proven track record of leading complex, full-cycle implementations in both technical and functional capacities.

This role demands a unique blend of business process knowledge, hands-on technical expertise (data, reporting, integrations), and the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders in delivering scalable, cloud-first ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementationsincluding solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Analyze and document complex project financial processes and convert them into scalable, system-driven solutions using Oracle Cloud PPM modules.

Design and configure Oracle PPM modules: Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Enterprise Contracts, Grants Management, and related financial subledgers.

Execute data migration and reconciliation efforts using FBDI, ADFDI, Smart View, and Oracle SQL; ensure integrity between legacy and Oracle Cloud systems.

Develop, run, and troubleshoot data validation scripts and exception reports; proactively resolve data quality issues across modules.

Build and support custom dashboards, KPIs, and reports using OTBI, BIP, FRS, and Smart View to provide business-critical insights.

Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and support integrations (inbound/outbound) using REST APIs, SOAP services, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updatesconduct impact analysis, regression testing, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth rollouts.

Provide subject matter expertise and end-user training for functional and data-related capabilities of Oracle PPM.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and streamline project reporting, budgeting, and cost control functions.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules (Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Enterprise Contracts, etc.).

Proven leadership in at least 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations, including global rollouts.

Strong SQL and PL/SQL proficiency for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation.

Experience with data migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation strategy and post-load validation.

Familiarity with Oracle ERP table structures, APIs, FBDI/ADFDI templates, and custom reporting datasets.

Deep understanding of data integrity, referential constraints, and business rule enforcement in Oracle ERP.

Proficiency in tools such as OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across both technical (data/integration/reporting) and functional (process/configuration) layers.

Strong experience with testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, regression, and post-patch validations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist

Oracle Cloud PPM or Financials.

Exposure to other Oracle Fusion modules such as AP, AR, GL, or Procurement.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware for real-time integrations.

Familiarity with Jira and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).

Prior experience in public sector or transit industry is a plus.
