Perform risk assessments: Conduct job hazard analyses and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with plant operations. Oversee personal protective equipment (PPE): Manage the selection, use, and maintenance of required PPE for all employees. Promote a positive safety culture: Champion safety awareness and accountability among all employees and leadership. Lead EHS efforts across two manufacturing sites and three warehouses, spending approximately 50% of time traveling between locations. Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies: Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and inspectors from agencies like OSHA and the EPA.
