If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping projects on track, and enjoy delivering top-tier service, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:Coordinate and Schedule Installs - Work closely with customers, technicians, and installers to schedule installation jobs efficientlyProcess Paperwork - Ensure all necessary documents are completed, submitted, and properly filed for each installationOrder Permits & Schedule Inspections - Handle all necessary permit applications and coordinate inspections to ensure compliance with local regulationsRegister Equipment for Warranties - Submit required warranty registrations to manufacturers on behalf of customersCommunicate with Customers - Keep homeowners informed every step of the way, ensuring a seamless and stress-free installation experienceSupport Install Teams - Serve as a point of contact for field technicians, assisting with any logistical or administrative needsEnsure Accuracy - Double-check paperwork, permits, and job details to prevent errors and delaysWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role, preferably in home servicesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills - You’ll be working with customers, installers, and inspectors dailyAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-moving environmentExperience with permit applications and warranty processing is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or scheduling softwareWhat We Offer:Competitive pay with room for growth ($75,000 - $100,000.00)Comprehensive benefits - Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysA high-energy, team-oriented workplaceOngoing training and career advancement opportunitiesJoin a company that values its employees, promotes from within, and delivers Five-Star Service to every customer!Apex Atlantic South may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.USD $55,000.00/Yr.USD $65,000.00/Yr.
