F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical is looking for a highly organized Install Coordinator to join our team and oversee installation jobs across our Maryland market. What You'll Do: Coordinate and Schedule Installs - Work closely with customers, technicians, and installers to schedule installation jobs efficiently Process Paperwork - Ensure all necessary documents are completed, submitted, and properly filed for each installation Order Permits & Schedule Inspections - Handle all necessary permit applications and coordinate inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations Register Equipment for Warranties - Submit required warranty registrations to manufacturers on behalf of customers Communicate with Customers - Keep homeowners informed every step of the way, ensuring a seamless and stress-free installation experience Support Install Teams - Serve as a point of contact for field technicians, assisting with any logistical or administrative needs Ensure Accuracy - Double-check paperwork, permits, and job details to prevent errors and delays What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role, preferably in home services Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills - You'll be working with customers, installers, and inspectors daily Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-moving environment Experience with permit applications and warranty processing is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or scheduling software What We Offer: Competitive pay with room for growth ($75,000 - $100,000.00) Comprehensive benefits - Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays A high-energy, team-oriented workplace Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities
