eConnect is Ceiba's cutting-edge healthcare platform, focusing on
medical device integration and hospital system connectivity . The platform enables seamless data exchange between bedside devices and EHR/EMR/PDMS systems, supporting critical care workflows across hospitals worldwide. JOB DESCRIPTION As a
Product Owner
for eConnect, you will own the
backlog and delivery process
of our medical device integration features. Working closely with Product Management, development, and QA teams, you will translate high-level product strategy into clear, actionable user stories, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. This role bridges
technical teams and healthcare stakeholders : you will gather requirements from clinicians, nurses, and hospital IT teams, and transform them into clear deliverables for engineering. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own and manage the
product backlog : write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work items. Gather requirements and feedback from
clinicians, nurses, and hospital IT teams , and translate them into actionable backlog items. Collaborate daily with
developers, QA, and Product Management
to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and validate solutions. Facilitate
cross-functional ceremonies
such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Manage and track
bug tickets and defects
in Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and communication. Contribute to release notes, product documentation, and acceptance testing. Monitor backlog progress and continuously improve team delivery processes. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in
Software Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering , or related field. 2+ years of experience as a
Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar delivery role
(healthcare or integration projects preferred). Strong knowledge of
Agile/Scrum processes , sprint planning, and backlog refinement. Hands-on experience writing
user stories, testable acceptance criteria, and managing bug tickets . Familiarity with
Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools . Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and structured. NICE TO HAVE Experience with
medical device integration (MDI)
or hospital IT systems (EHR/EMR/PDMS). Understanding of
HL7 / ADT messages, device logs, or integration standards . Exposure to
IoT / IoMT platforms . Agile certifications (e.g.,
CSPO, SAFe PO/PM ).
