Job Title

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and product vision. Own and manage the product backlog, writing detailed and technically sound user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Partner with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to guide solution design, architecture discussions, and delivery timelines. Define and prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies. Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives). Ensure clear documentation of requirements, workflows, APIs, integrations, and data flows. Support product launches by collaborating on release planning, deployment readiness, and end-user communication. Monitor product performance and work with data/analytics teams to validate that delivered features meet KPIs. Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and blockers that could affect delivery. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 36 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager in an Agile environment. Solid understanding of software development processes, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally). Strong ability to write clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or system integrations. Background in data-driven products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise solutions. Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSPO, or Agile certifications). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance technical detail with business priorities. Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
