As a Product Owner II within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia PA, Chicago IL, Charlotte NC, Wilmington DE, Washington DC, Cleveland OH, New York NY, or Houston TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. Responsibilities Shape and deliver on customer-centric solutions and strategies by collaborating across key functional areas (Business, Design, Technology) to define and execute initiatives that transform the credit card experience. Own and steward specific features or capabilities of the Credit Card digital experience, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and customer needs. Design and drive front and back-end solutions to meet and exceed Credit Card business objectives and customer expectations. Define and communicate the prioritized backlog and strategic roadmap, ensuring stakeholders are aligned to priorities, milestones, and intended outcomes. Use customer feedback, analytics, and competitive research to recommend enhancements or improvements to the user experience and influence future state solution requirements. Maintain clarity and alignment through organized documentation and key artifacts (e.g., roadmap, business requirements, backlog). Monitor, investigate, and resolve bugs or incidents affecting owned features and capabilities. A successful candidate will have: Collaborative and effective communicator - Ability to work with a variety of teams and develop lasting working relationships of trust and shared success. Ability to present ideas to different audience and levels in the organization. Curious and customer-focused - Desires to understand and empathize with the customer experience. Genuinely interested in how customers engage with the credit card product. Organized and detail-oriented Able to juggle multiple projects and efforts both large and small. Be flexible to shifting priorities without sacrificing quality. Bias for action Moves quickly and decisively when needed, especially in resolving issues. Comfortable with ambiguity or unknowns Doesn't hesitate to ask questions and eager to dig into problems. Technical fluency Understands and collaborates around key technology concepts (e.g., API integrations, system dependencies).
