Test Equipment Engineer/Electrical Engineer

Join a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, develop, and integrate test systems for both development and production environments. You will do: Develop test systems, interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and circuit designs. Perform power, RF chain, and error budget analysis. Manage technical scope, cost, and schedule of assigned projects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during test product development. This is a 12 month with possible extension opportunity. Clearance Required: Secret. You should have: Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree. Experience in electrical engineering, testing, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with tools like Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, and Creo Schematic. Familiarity with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters. Ability to read and work with electrical schematics. We Prefer: Master's degree in STEM (ABET preferred). Experience in analog, digital, and RF design. Strong technical leadership and project management skills. Proficient in technical writing and presentations. Programming and debugging experience. Bid/proposal and root-cause analysis experience.
