The HR Partner provides Human Resources support in multiple areas, including employee relations, employee development, compliance, and succession planning for all assigned dealership locations. The position reports directly to the Sr. HR Partner and offers a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with flexibility. Collaborate with Store Management to develop initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and drive participation in annual employee engagement surveys. Facilitate talent planning discussions to identify future leaders and create development plans. Partner with General Managers and Store Leadership to address systemic issues impacting employee relations and organizational culture. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and facilitation of mediation. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and conflicts. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and unbiased resolutions. Conduct store visits in assigned markets. Serve as a resource for the implementation of all corporate/region-sponsored HR initiatives. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Companys Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications:

Must meet the company's requirements for employment. Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience. Bachelors degree in a related discipline preferred. In-depth understanding of HR processes and related regulations. Previous experience addressing and resolving employee relations issues. Ability to perform in a fast-paced and flexible environment. Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Working knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, Workday (plus). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Valid in-state drivers license and maintenance of an acceptable, safe driving record.
