About The Role WEKA is looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Digital Optimization Manager to lead technical optimization, experimentation, and search performance across our digital ecosystem. This role focuses on the technical delivery and optimization of content created by our content teams - ensuring that our digital properties not only convert effectively but also perform optimally in both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you'll be empowered to lead programs that drive measurable outcomes across traffic, engagement, and conversion. As the digital landscape shifts toward AI-first search, you'll help WEKA stay ahead of the curve by optimizing our content delivery for visibility in AI-generated search results and summariesfrom platforms like Google SGE and Perplexity to ChatGPT and other LLM-powered interfaces. What Youll Be Working On Lead website experimentation strategies , including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve conversion rates and key funnel metrics across all digital properties Optimize content delivery architecture , working with content teams to ensure proper technical implementation of SEO best practices without creating the content strategy itself Execute advanced personalization strategies

with deep expertise in technical SEO, website optimization, experimentation, and performance personalization. Experience with generative engine optimization (GEO) and AI-driven discovery platforms is highly desirable. Expert-level knowledge of SEO tools and implementation
(Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, schema markup tools) Proven ability to lead comprehensive SEO strategy and execution
independently, including technical audits and implementation Advanced experience with experimentation platforms , including A/B testing design, implementation, and statistical analysis (we currently use Optimizely) Experience with personalization tools
and audience segmentation approaches, particularly in B2B technology environments Proficiency in web analytics platforms
