We are seeking experienced Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. These positions are ideal for recruiters who are passionate about sourcing top talent and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Learn and understand the roles and hiring needs, then take ownership of requisitions Partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in the ATS Contribute to a positive candidate experience and employer brand Qualifications
57 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines for niche roles Experience supporting senior recruiters or hiring managers Familiarity with renewable energy or technical recruiting is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Why Join Us?
