Manager, Implementations My client is looking for a

dynamic Implementation Consultant

to join their Professional Services team. In this role, youll partner with top-tier financial institutions to implement their cutting-edge fintech solutions, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This is a great opportunity for a

problem solver with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills

who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. What Youll Do

Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and client onboarding. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, analyzing business processes, translating success criteria into actionable solutions, and delivering measurable value. Configure and test software solutions, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and governance requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and regulators to meet project goals. Troubleshoot and resolve complex client challenges, proactively escalating risks when needed. Create

comprehensive documentation, test plans, and acceptance criteria

to streamline delivery. Demonstrate product expertise and industry knowledge, driving best practices and innovation. What You Bring 5+ years experience

in financial services, fintech, or software implementation. Strong understanding of

financial markets, trading systems, or data governance

(13 G/D and 13 F2 knowledge) Experience working with

global regulators

(SEC, FCA, ESMA, BaFin, AMF, etc.). Proven ability to deliver

multi-tier financial applications

and manage complex projects. Hands-on experience with

ticketing/project tools

(Zendesk, JIRA, Monday, etc.). Technical skills in

SQL, scripting, or system troubleshooting

a strong plus. Excellent

problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills . Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Why Join? Work on
