Overview
Information Technology Application Support Analyst IV Fully Remote Location: Fully Remote | Duration: 12+ Months Contract | Job ID: 170062 The Information Technology Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting software systems, providing troubleshooting, technical assistance, installation, and training to software users. This role ensures that application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and contributes to the smooth operation of critical software applications. Must Haves Experience with Axway MFT products, Secure Transport, and Transfer CFT.
Responsibilities
Obtain information on application design and functionality to propose solutions to end users. Respond to client inquiries concerning software operation and troubleshoot system software and operator complications. Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows to proactively identify problem trends. Assist with application implementations and configuration. Perform root cause analysis and provide technical solutions to production-related application errors. Conduct application testing in various environments. Deploy service releases, patches, requests, and customizations, including regulatory and compliance mandatory updates. Resolve complex problems or issues. Oversee multiple processes and act as a procedural expert regarding policies, guidelines, or processes. Act as a lead to less experienced associates and serve as a subject matter expert (SME).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven (7) years of related experience, or High School Diploma and eleven (11) years of experience.
Skills and Competencies
Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical users. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $60 - $65 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
