The key responsibilities as an EHS Manager: Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee environmental programs, permitting, reporting, and hazardous waste management. Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action processes. Coordinate emergency response planning, drills, and site safety initiatives. Serve as primary contact with regulatory agencies and report EH&S performance to leadership. The Successful Applicant
EHS Manager Profile: Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of EH&S experience (3+ in lab/manufacturing). Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, plus hazardous waste handling. Proven ability to develop safety programs, lead audits, investigations, and training. Excellent communication and leadership skills; CSP/CIH, OSHA 10/30, or ISO 14001/45001 experience a plus. What's on Offer
