What You Will Do Install, maintain, and replace control systems at key points in the production process Troubleshoot non-functioning components including servos, sensors, and control components Develop and improve HMI and SCADA systems (mostly Ignition based) Verify data collection redundancy and security for process parameter Log equipment usage, parts replacement, and scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum functionality Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture Periodically report to leadership regarding control capabilities and status Qualifications You Must Have: High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required Associate's degree in mechanical engineering, robotics, or a closely related technical field preferred 1+ year of experience working in a production environment, particularly as it relates to control technology Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Project approach experience or awareness Excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills What We Offer: Medical, dental, vision and life insurance Short-term disability, long-term disability and parental leave 401(k) match Flexible spending accounts Employee assistance program Employee Scholar Program (No waiting period!)
