Arrow Electronics . Arrow Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role will be pivotal in planning, executing, and optimizing all global industry events, conferences, and Arrow-hosted events across SiliconExpert, Converge, and Arrow Global Supply Chain Solutions. The Event Manager will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with the broader marketing strategy. What Youll Be Doing Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the annual marketing goals and objectives. Strategize how events contribute to lead generation, brand promotion, and ROI tracking. Manage the global event calendar, ensuring timely planning and execution of all events. Coordinate logistics, including booth suppliers, services, and on-site event management. Oversee webinars, including scheduling, promotion, lead generation, and follow-up activities. Oversee the event registration process, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Manage and order promotional items and apparel inventory to support event branding and attendee engagement. Handle invoice payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments for all event-related expenses. Work closely with internal teams to align event promotion with email campaigns, social media, and advertising efforts. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead tracking and post-event follow-up. Track and analyze event ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements. Monitor attendee engagement and feedback to refine event strategies. Demonstrate strong project management skills to oversee multiple events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth execution of all event-related activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related activities, ensuring clear communication across teams and stakeholders. Work independently while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a global or B2B environment. Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with webinar platforms, CRM tools, and event management software is a plus. Strong analytical skills to measure event performance and ROI.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home. Whats In It For You

Annual Hiring Range:
$98,900.00 - $115,000.00 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer. Location
