Agave East is seeking a friendly and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team full-time at $16/hour. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people find their new home. Responsible for leasing apartments and providing customer service to maximize occupancy and resident retention. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lease apartments via telephone and tours, and follow up with prospects. Establish rapport with prospective and current residents. Provide excellent customer service consistently. Maintain a professional presentation of the apartment community. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for residents' experience. Manage lease negotiations, resident retention, and renewal processes. Assist in maintaining curb appeal. Ensure compliance with policies from HKP and the Compliance Department. Handle work orders and update resident information in Yardi. Assist in rent collection and delinquency management. Provide account information to property supervisors and credit agencies. Enforce community rules and manage resident relations. Supervise neighborhood committee activities. Engage in outside marketing and community outreach. Organize and maintain resident files. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

High school diploma or GED. No prior experience necessary. Basic language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and interpreting instructions. Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. Reasoning skills: following detailed instructions, problem-solving with few variables. Basic computer skills: MS Office. Training Requirements

Attend annual fair housing, Section 42, and leasing classes. Engage in ongoing professional development. Physical Demands

Occasional sitting, handling, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, or lifting up to 25 pounds. Occasional standing, walking, talking, hearing, and outdoor exposure. Required vision for close and distant tasks. Work Environment
