Overview
Enterprise Imaging Administrator Intermediate - Sebring/Lake Placid/Wauchula (25034787) Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8a - 4p with scheduled on call and holiday rotations Primary Location: AdventHealth Sebring 4200 SUN N LAKE BLVD, Sebring, FL 33872 (Will also travel to the AH Lake Placid/Wauchula locations as needed) Responsibilities
Report onsite at designated AdventHealth facilities for the duration of each shift and participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x7x365 PACS support to Radiology and Cardiology imaging departments Maintain accessible transportation for support to primary and secondary facilities during shifts and on-call, with a minimum of 25% travel Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intermediate PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system in accordance with SLAs and SOPs Act as an IT resource between imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and third-party vendors, providing prompt technical support for all Enterprise Imaging systems and components Ensure the enterprise PACS system operates efficiently by coordinating with IT resources, vendors, and clinical staff to diagnose and resolve issues related to PACS diagnostic stations, scanners, and imaging network connectivity Perform routine system/preventive maintenance, testing, and installations on PACS applications and hardware Participate in training and mentorship of new Associate Imaging Administrators, Radiologists, and Cardiologists Own imaging project activities: log time in project applications, guide imaging needs, follow up on deliverables, and communicate project details to stakeholders Adhere to ITSM and ITIL frameworks for planning, operating, and delivering IT services Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills Required: Knowledge of AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic/Nuance/3D Imaging Solutions Intermediate knowledge in a clinical informatics environment Knowledge of supporting an entire PACS System and related components Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of customers, including team members, leadership, physicians, clinical staff and vendors Ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete multiple projects within deadlines with minimal supervision Knowledge and Skills Preferred: EPIC Clinical Systems Education and Experience Preferred: Associates degree or Bachelors Degree Licensure, Certification or Registration Preferred: Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Radiologic Technologist (R.T.), Radiography (R), Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance (MR) or equivalent Organization
