Responsibilities Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the homes key selling points and asking price Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Lead follow-up Database campaigns Set listing appointments Execute appointments Close listings Leverage listings Sales scripts mastery

Qualifications

Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Team player who believes their success is the teams success Real estate license required Commission opportunity Sales experience

Compensation
