Responsibilities
Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
Qualifications
Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Possesses a real estate license
Compensation
